GoldBD Terms & Conditions — Clear and Plain Language

Goldbd is an online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between goldbd and its members. All goldbd services — Sports Betting, lottery, casino, and games — are governed by these terms.

Goldbd reserves the right to suspend its services, in whole or in part, at any time. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or security concerns. During such periods, goldbd will make every reasonable effort to ensure a fair outcome for any bets that were in progress.

Goldbd's terms and conditions are written in plain English because we want every user to understand everything clearly. There's no fine print here — everything is stated openly and transparently.

When registering on goldbd, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Your name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details must all be verifiable. If an account is opened with false or incorrect information, goldbd may suspend the account at any time and withhold the balance.

• Each individual may register only one goldbd account.
• To update your account details, please contact support.
• Keeping your password secure is your responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method are not permitted.

Goldbd strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Date of birth is required at registration, and a copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification. Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be closed immediately, and goldbd will attempt to return any deposited funds to the account holder's family.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, goldbd may request identity and address verification documents in certain cases. This is mandatory for large withdrawals and the transaction cannot be processed without completed KYC.

Goldbd believes this verification process is ultimately in members' own best interests — it ensures that only the rightful account holder can access the account and prevents unauthorized use.

The minimum deposit at goldbd is ৳200. The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳5,00,000. All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposited funds may only be used on goldbd-approved services. Accepting third-party payments for deposit purposes is prohibited — meaning funds from another person's account cannot be deposited into yours.

You may withdraw both winnings and deposited funds from goldbd. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 and the maximum per transaction is ৳5,00,000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Goldbd does not charge any processing fee for withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transfer fees — this is outside goldbd's control.

For your first large withdrawal (generally above ৳50,000), goldbd may require you to complete KYC verification. Once done, no further verification will be needed for subsequent withdrawals.

Goldbd regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page or in the promotion announcement.

Welcome bonuses are generally calculated as a percentage of your deposit. To make a withdrawal, you must complete a 5× to 10× turnover of the bonus amount. Note that not all bet types contribute equally to turnover — some games carry a lower turnover contribution rate.

• Each offer may only be claimed once per person.
• Bonuses may be subject to a specific claim deadline.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to turnover requirements.
• Low-risk betting strategies designed to abuse bonuses — such as betting on both outcomes simultaneously — are strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to use bonuses across multiple accounts is prohibited.

Goldbd reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. However, the terms of a bonus that has already been claimed and whose turnover is already in progress will not be changed.

All bets on goldbd are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. If a cash-out option is available, it must be used within the specified window. The server record is definitive — in the event of any dispute, goldbd's server logs will serve as the authoritative source.

In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. The odds in effect at the time a bet is submitted are the ones that apply — any subsequent changes do not affect confirmed bets. goldbd may temporarily suspend live betting at certain times, particularly during critical moments in a match.

If a match is officially cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned. If a match is postponed but completed within a specified timeframe, the original bet outcome will still apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the goldbd platform. If any of these are detected, the account may be permanently closed.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or technical flaw in the system.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Using goldbd for money laundering or any form of illegal fund transfer.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Logging into another person's account using their credentials.
• Using goldbd's name or logo without prior authorization.

Goldbd's security team monitors for this kind of activity around the clock. If a suspicious pattern is detected, goldbd may temporarily suspend the account while an investigation is carried out.

• If the account holder is found to be under 18.
• Remaining inactive for an extended period (generally 2 years).

For suspended accounts, goldbd will communicate its decision once the investigation is complete. If no breach of terms is established, the account will be reactivated.

For any dispute with goldbd, contact the support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. Submit your complaint in writing to support@goldbd.click and include all relevant details (account ID, transaction ID, date).

If the support team's resolution is unsatisfactory, goldbd follows a third-party mediation process in which both parties are given the opportunity to present their case and supporting evidence.

Transaction and betting data stored on goldbd's servers shall be considered the definitive record in all cases. Screenshots or claims from third parties are not accepted as evidence against goldbd's server records.
